Offices Operations
Ordering and tracking office supplies (stationery, pantry and etc)
Manage office equipment (printer, water dispenser and etc)
Sales & Daily Operations Support
Daily order key-in (to cover coordinator if order were too many, or someone absent)
Basic logistic scheduling (to cover logistic department if someone absent)
Other ad-hoc
Support the operation team when required
Document Management
Ensure all court DD shipment documents and financial documents are accurately sorted, filed, and maintained on a daily basis for easy retrieval and compliance.
Communication Support
Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and general email or customer enquiries via Respond.io, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Office Operations
Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry inventory; place orders and track delivery to ensure smooth office functioning.
Manage and maintain office equipment (printers, water dispensers, etc.) to prevent operational disruptions.
Sales & Daily Operations Support
Assist in daily order key-in to ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and on time, covering for coordinators when needed.
Support basic logistics scheduling to ensure timely dispatch and delivery during staff absences.
Ad-Hoc Operational Support
Provide additional support to the operations team as required to ensure continuity of daily operations and business processes.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
