About the team


The Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team works with Stripe's leaders to support their day-to-day administrative and operational needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive the company's strategic priorities. In this role, you will be a critical part of supporting our APAC GTM leadership team.







About the role


This is a temporary role (maternity cover) for 8 months, starting in January 2026.


This role will directly support the CRO, APAC & Japan, and two of their regional leaders, in close collaboration with a Senior ABP already supporting this group. The Senior ABP will retain responsibility for certain high-priority and highly sensitive matters, while this role will focus on supporting the day-to-day business needs of the APAC CRO's office. The cover ABP will report to the Senior ABP and receive direction and delegated work from her to help manage the overall workload.


This is a hybrid role with a 50% in-office requirement.

Key Responsibilities





Provide proactive calendar support for your leader(s) across time zones. Make recommendations related to time management, prioritisation, delegation, and organisation. Support operations and culture across APAC GTM teams. Organise team events, offsites, onsite meetings, and all-hands calls (including logistics, agendas, materials and follow-ups). Manage international travel, including coordination of visa requirements. Contribute to team meetings and offsites by assisting with the production of materials and pre-reads, taking notes, and tracking action items. Prepare and submit expense reports. Assist with ad hoc projects and requests to ensure smooth daily operations.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

You are able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise. Experience in a high-growth technology startup is a plus.



Requirements:Minimum 4 years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company Strong proficiency with Google Suite and collaboration tools, such as Slack
