Manage calls/general enquiries from the public and potential clients.
Correspondence with caregivers.
Screening the first tier of referral that come in through various sources.
Preparation for assessment and/or on-boarding the new participants such as preparing the participants personal files, name tags, e-record of participants\' details and other miscellaneous administration.
Ensure that participants\' records, database are updated, appropriately filed and kept.
Assist in Invoicing
Assist the centre manager in the various aspects of the program, including constructing cognitive worksheets and logistic preparation.
Maintain the inventory/ purchase of office stationery, refreshments, sundries and equipment.
Requirements
NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Computer literacy such as MS Office applications is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
