Job Description

Prysmian S.p.A. is an multinational company with headquarters in Milan, specialising in the production of electrical cable for use in the energy and telecom sectors and for optical fibres. Prysmian is present in North America with 23 plants, 48 in Europe, 13 in LATAM, 7 MEAT, 13 APAC.





-Office administration management (including office consumables, office building services, Purchase Request)

-travel desk management (including take in travel request, travel booking, transport arrangement)

-support commercial directors (including expenses claim, meeting coordination such as lunch arrangement & meeting room booking etc)

-key statutory filings with government agencies - including NEA, JTC, MTI, LTA and BCA

-Management of Subscriptions and Memberships, and mandatory access to key customer and supplier portals

-Raise Purchase Requisition / Goods Received in SAP system

- Support ad-hoc tasks if required

-Support Secretary/ Admins in their absent if required.

Job Requirement:

-Minimum Diploma in Business related field

-Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in administrative jobs.

-Proficient in English

-Mature and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline

-To work within the team & with other department

-Able to handle multiple tasks & cope in fast-paced environment

-Location: 20 Jurong Port (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)

-5-day work week

-hybrid working arrangement
