Job Description

What the role is:
You will be part of the Car Parks, Administration & Policies team.
What you will be working on:

Manage day-to-day operations of car park applications and digital services, which include processing and following through with customers' requests and queries o Assist in investigating, handling and replying to appeals and complaints on car park application services o Assist in business process review to ensure excellent customer service delivery o Assist in development and enhancement of car park application services and IT systems, including testing o Assist in ad hoc projects and provide administrative support to Application Services Unit

What we are looking for:

A good diploma in any discipline o 2 years of relevant experience and knowledge in areas such as customer service and/or system upgrades/implementation o Good writing, analytical and communication skills o Good digital skills. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and/or RPA will be an added advantage o Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with an aptitude for computer/system-related work
