Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Proficient in both written and spoken English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Prior experience in circulation, subscription management, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of all subscription forms on a daily basis.
Maintain an organised and systematic filing system for all subscription-related documents.
Update and manage the subscription database daily, ensuring data accuracy in both manual records (MS Excel) and the circulation management system.
Address and resolve subscription-related inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Execute tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
Participate actively in the planning, coordination, and successful execution of circulation-related projects and events.
