Administrative Executive (enrichment Centre)

Job Description


You will be the main coordinator of the tuition centre branch, dealing with parents, students and trainers. The job is dynamic and requires that you have very good presentation skills, and be able to handle customers and new inquiries comfortably. Assist in operational support as and when required.

  • Provide strong operational and administrative support to all students, parents, and teachers
  • Answer inquiries to customers who call or text, or walk-in to the centre
  • Generate invoices and assist in account matters
  • Communicate with tutors, parents and/or students on starting classes or changes in timing
  • Sales and marketing of company's services

Your Requirements:
  • Experience in enrichment centre is a plus but not necessary.
  • Coordinate enrichment activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Google applications (i.e Google Calendar, Google drive, Google Docs, Gmail etc) is a Must
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Preferable to possess own laptop

Work hours & days: 9am to 6pm on weekdays (Tanglin campus) or 11am to 8pm (Novena campus); 8.30 to 5.30pm on weekends.
  • 5-day work week. 3 weekdays and weekends;

  • Permanent Part-time positions with 2 to 4 work days per week, with capacity to commit on weekends is also available.
