Job Description
What the role is:
We are looking for an Administrative Executive to play a supporting role in enhancing the accessibility and value of ACRA's business data. In this role, you will support the unit to handle customer queries and information service operations, ensuring that our customers can easily access and leverage valuable business insights.
What you will be working on:
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer enquiries, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. o Operation: Processing of information purchase refunds, invoicing and live chat support. o Unit Administration: Support the unit's administrative functions. o Record Management: File and maintain the unit's records and agreements via registry. o KPI Reporting: Compile sales and volume metrics for KPI reporting o Customer-Driven Improvement: Assist in customer surveys and/or engagement.
- Professional Qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or Information Technology o 2 or more years of relevant experience in administration, operations, business management, customer service would be advantageous o Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills o Proficient in MS Office and Excel applications o A team player who is independent, mature and accountable for the delivery of the role o Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
