The Administrative Executive supports the smooth operation of the Continuing Education Centre (CEC) by managing administrative, coordination, and communication tasks related to adult learning programs. This role ensures efficient daily operations, assists with program planning, and supports marketing and outreach efforts to promote CEC's courses and workshops.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative and Operational Support
Manage day-to-day administrative functions including course registration, attendance tracking, and payment coordination.
Maintain accurate records of participants, instructors, and course schedules.
Handle enquiries (phone, email, in-person) with professionalism and timely follow-up.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and documents for management review.
Oversee procurement of materials and supplies for classes.
Liaise with instructors, vendors, and facility management to ensure smooth class operations.
2. Marketing and Outreach Support
Assist in designing and updating marketing materials using Canva (brochures, posters, social media posts).
Support video editing and visual content creation for social media and promotional use.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, including class promotions and community outreach.
Research and propose new course ideas and potential trainers for creative, hands-on programs (e.g., crafting, indoor gardening, soap making, etc.).
Maintain CEC's social media presence and ensure consistent, engaging content.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an education or training setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva; basic video editing skills preferred.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage adult learners and trainers.
Able to multitask, take initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision.
