Administer vehicle registrations and transactions through Land Transport Authority's (LTA) web portal and LTA Link
Submit documents to relevant authorities pertaining to vehicle transactions
Prepare monthly reports for PARF / COE papers and other periodic reports
Ensure timely renewal of road tax for vehicles
Preparation and submission of customers' applications for a bank loan
Monitor and follow up with the respective banks on the status of customers' loan applications
Prepare manual computations of loan installments or schedules for customers
Maintain proper recording and filing of documents
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements :
Minimum qualification: GCE ‘O’ / `A`Level
Candidates who do not process the required minimum education qualification but have extensive working experience in the motor industry (motor loan, motor insurance, and/or LTA motor vehicle registration processes) may also apply
Highly motivated, organised, and able to work independently
Possess initiative and ability to multi-task
Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
Positive working attitude, good customer service, and phone etiquette
The ability to interact with staff at all levels
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
