Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Provide administrative support, including managing calls, mail distribution, and visitor coordination. Maintain and organize confidential filing systems. Manage applications and renewals of subscriptions. Source and maintain office equipment and supplies. Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and set up equipment for new hires. Ensure office and meeting rooms are organized and supervise general office cleanliness. Handle travel arrangements and process travel budgets for approval. Plan and execute events within budget, including employee engagement activities. Design visual artwork and manage branding content for social media platforms and digital channels. Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricings of supplies and services.

REQUIREMENTS



GCE 'O' level with min. 5 years of relevant experience in general office and facilities administration. Strong understanding and passion in designing visual artworks and managing social media platforms. Proficient in artwork creation software such as CANVA. Good verbal communication and strong English language skills. Meticulous, organized, resourceful and multi-tasker. * A good team player who can work independently and able to manage large workload and tight deadlines.
