Job Description

Responsibilities: Prepare and process customers' invoices timely. Final invoice to be completed by the last day of the month To verify and match vendors' DO to PR once items have been delivered for Admin Manager to process for payment Ensure vendors' invoices are scanned to Accounts for weekly payment To record all invoices in the Excel spreadsheet Timely update of depot expenses report To ensure daily attendance, leave record and overtime are captured correctly in the App To verify staffs' transport & miscellaneous claims Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes. Ensure all documents are kept / filed in Monitor all office & depot equipment are serviced / maintained / tested as per schedule. Upkeep service and maintenance & inform the Admin Manager on the due date of renewal Submit request for staff training course and liaise with training providers Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Admin ManagerRequirements: Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline Preferably with 2 years of working experience performing invoicing and purchasing duties Familiar with Microsoft Excel Willing to working in Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point) Immediate hiring
