Roles & Responsibilities
:
Manage admin work
Liaise with clients, staff, vendors, overseas suppliers, etc
Perform general office maintenance duties and adhoc administrative duties as assigned
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Director
Assist in marketing and business development
Provide directional assistance to the various zones
Any other duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service to customers
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience.
Diploma holders preferred
Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
Pleasant, positive and with friendly disposition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
