Roles & Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Finance/HR and Admin department.
  • Manage day to day office duties such as handling phone calls, mail, filing, scanning of documents and attending to visitors.
  • Working with the various departments in maintaining a proper filing system.
  • Pen down meeting minutes.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman and the Key Leader.
  • Assist the departments with all audit matters.
Job Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in construction line.
  • Attentive to details
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Need responsible and patient.
