Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Support the team on full scope of administrative functions such as data entry, scanning, emailing, filing, maintain and tracking of data and documents
  • Preparation of tenders & other business documents and checking to ensure consistency.
  • Support ISO docummentation upkept
  • Basic secretarial support to the Directors
  • To cover the front desk when necessary
  • Support other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required
Requirements:
  • Higher Nitec Holder/ Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoints
  • Meticulous in work
  • Possess initiative and ability to multi-task.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
