Job Description


MORROW is hiring an experienced administrative executive to assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks in the firm. You will primarily support the firm\xe2\x80\x99s management team with coordinating meetings, documents and events, as well as facilitating communication with outside vendors and partners.

Requirements

  • Good language skills, fluent in mandarin, is a plus.
  • Good Computer skills must be familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Minimum three years of experience as an office assistance, personal assistant or office administrator.
  • Experience working in Real Estate or the Built environment sector is a plus.
  • Min O-Level or N-Level. Higher learning is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Office administrative work & clerical support to the management.
  • Manage and coordinate client meetings on behalf of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s management team.
  • Coordinate the submission of tender documents.
  • Help to book and coordinate travel.
  • Act as backup to Chairman\xe2\x80\x99s secretary in the event she is unwell or on leave.
  • Coordinate work events, such as ordering and preparing client gifts, marketing materials, catering, etc.

Salary and Conditions
  • Office Located centrally, close to Orchard and Newton MRT.
  • Competitive salary package - AWS and medical benefits coverage and annual leave
  • 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work a week \xe2\x80\x93 9 am to 6 pm, with one hour lunch.
  • Immediate hiring and full-time permanent job role.
Salary Range, $3700 - $4500
