Responsibilities

  • Handle travel arrangements, including air ticket reservations, hotel arrangements, pick-up and drop-off work
  • Responsible for the payment of Singapore residence and company operating expenses, including but not limited to water and electricity fees, property fees, etc.
  • Assist to purchase office or daily necessities, and provide qualified products according to requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above (for those with strong experience, college degree is also acceptable)


  • Fluent in Chinese and English to interact with Chinese-speaking counterparts

  • Ambitious with strong initiative
  • Experience in travel companies or five-star hotels is preferred
  • Have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit
  • Possess driving license
