Provide proactive professional executive assistance to the Sales & Marketing Manager
Coordinate meetings requirements, including agendas, action points and minutes
Prepare and manage HR processes and end to end recruitment life cycle activities (e.g. setting up interviews, reference checks, letter of offers, extension/secondment letters) and seminars etc
Provide coordination and support at events, functions and workshops
Fix sales appointments for Sales & Marketing Manager
Manage LinkedIn, social media account
About YouOur ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of Diploma in Business, Management or Marketing
Well-developed communication and relationship management skills
An impeccable work ethic with excellent time management and organisational skills
Honesty, integrity and commitment to preserving confidentiality
A proven use of initiative skills and experience in planning, prioritising and working under pressure
Collaborative team skills and is skilled at fostering and building relationships
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
