Job description:

  • Collating delivery, installation & collection schedule
  • Creating client lists & purchase orders
  • Collating sales-related paperwork
  • Booking local & international delivery appointments on outsourced platforms
  • Prepare shipment paperwork
  • Archive old documents
  • Create protocol documents
  • Assisting with sales / miscellaneous paperwork
  • Scan sales invoices & receipts
Job details:
  • The location is in the East.
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day
  • Timing is flexible but must be between 11 am to 8 pm
  • Must be able to start working in May
  • Medical & leave benefits are included
  • Permanent part-time role
Skill required:
  • Proficient in Excel and Word Document
  • Organization skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to new tasks
  • Fast learner
  • No prior experience is required (training provided)
