Job Description


  • Process and maintain Purchase Order to suppliers
  • Prepare Quotation and Sales Order
  • Timely invoice billing and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Maintain and update sales records
  • Check expense claims and receipts matching.
  • Provide administrative duties.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar position
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel & Words)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
