Location : Yishun
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support
Handle incoming calls and queries
Maintain company's records, files and databases
Manage office supplies and equipment including ordering of stationaries, pantry supplies and scheduling of air-con & pest-control servicing
Perform fixed asset management, vendor management, contract management, insurance management and expiry monitoring
Solicit, analyse and negotiate quotations from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance works
Prepare and distribute memos, emails and correspondences
Manage petty cash and process expense reports
Work closely with internal departments for smooth workflow and communication
Prepare reports and perform follow-ups wherever necessary
Assist in areas of HR as and when required
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
2 years of Admin Executive experience
* Strong computer, organizational skills with excellent attention to details
