Job Description

• Position: Admin Executive
• Location: 6 mins walk from Ubi MRT
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + Medical, Dental and Group hospitalization plan + AIA Vitality program + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, purchase orders and submit monthly progress claims
• Source for products/material
• Co-ordinate work between clients and relevant authorities
• Work permit application/renewal and documents submission to MOM
• Training course application and renewal
• Purchase of insurance policies
• ISO documentation
• Answering incoming calls, receiving goods, and attending to visitors.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience in Construction Industry
• Minimum Diploma
• Guidance will be provided
• Must be bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
