Job Description

What the role is:
Admin Executive - Housing Services (Lease Administration)
What you will be working on:

Assist Managers in monitoring and updating cases with irregularities to ensure leases are in order o Conduct preliminary eligibility checks for inclusion and deletion of occupier applications, including ensuring supporting documents are in order and making recommendations to Managers on case eligibility o Carry out administrative duties required in lease admin transactions to facilitate timely case completion, including updating debarment records, handling legal documents, scanning documents, and case creation o Prepare and draft standard replies to flat owners/solicitors regarding refinancing of mortgage loans, supporting documents for Lease Admin processes/applications, and general enquiries on Lease Admin policy on transmission and renting out of flats/bedrooms o Draft replies for external parties' standard requests for information or customers' requests to update particulars o Provide support in zone-level upgrading polling activities such as Home Improvement Programme

What we are looking for:
You should o Passionate about delivering customer service and have customers at the heart of our service delivery o Able to learn and pick up relevant technical and HDB policy knowledge quickly (training will be provided) o Proficient with written and verbal communication o Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion o Good organisational and time management skills o Empathetic and agile in responding to difficult customer situation o Motivated, proactive and is an excellent team player Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
