About the Role


We are seeking a proactive and dependable Administrative & HR Executive to support day-to-day office operations and human resource functions. You will work closely with the Managing Director and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, assist with HR processes, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. This role is suitable for organised, people-oriented individuals keen to grow in HR and administration.





Key Responsibilities


Administrative Support: Manage office supplies/assets and vendor relationships; handle calls, emails, and correspondence; maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and company records; coordinate meetings/logistics/travel; support expense claims, petty cash, and vendor payments; provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director; organise office activities, workshops, and staff engagement events. Human Resource Functions: Assist with recruitment (job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding); maintain attendance, leave, and HR records; compile payroll inputs and process via HRIS (e.g., Talenox, HReasily, Swingvy); draft HR letters (offers, confirmations, memos); coordinate training and engagement initiatives; ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements; generate basic HR reports/dashboards.
Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 1-3 years' experience in admin and/or HR support preferred (training provided for entry-level candidates). Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfortable with digital tools and HR systems. Strong organisation, communication, and coordination skills; positive, detail-oriented, and service-minded. Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR and continuous improvement.

This role is eligible under the CCP for Human Capital Professionals (Place-and-Train). Successful hires undergo a 4-month structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) covering foundational HR competencies and emerging skills (e.g., digital HR systems and analytics).
