Core Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for office facilities, environment, safety and daily operation management.

Manage administrative procurement, supplier contracts and department budgets to effectively control costs.
*
Lead and develop the administrative team, conduct task allocation and performance management.
*
Coordinate logistical support for company internal events and executive meetings.
*
Develop and optimize administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
*
Job requirements:
*
Bachelor degree or above, at least 8 years of administrative work experience required.
*
Must have more than 3 years of administrative management experience and team leadership experience in the financial industry.
*
Excellent communication, negotiation and multi-tasking skills in both Chinese and English.
*
Have excellent budget management and emergency problem solving skills.
*
Salary and benefits:

Monthly salary: S$6,500 - S$10,000+
*
Annual bonus: 2-4 months (linked to performance)
*
