Description of the Position The Administrative Manager for the NY HVS Executive Search team is responsible for supporting the VP of Administration and all Search Consultants with any and all administrative functions necessary to generate business for the firm in order to succeed in achieving targeted goals. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Reviewing, editing, and formatting all project documents to include:
BD Presentations
Company & Asset Research Lists
Opportunity Profiles
Candidate Summaries
Weekly Candidate Reports
NDAs
References
Updating Executive Search templates as needed.
Setting up reoccurring weekly conference calls with clients and consultants for the length of the engagement.
Setting up Weekly Team Report Review Calls
Setting up Admin Staff Report Reminders
Sending emails to consultants requesting run for review and finalization of reports to be sent to client
Maintaining database projects from initial opportunities to completion and ensuring all documents are attached in the proper format.
Reviewing the HVS Executive Search website and updating as needed with employees, locations, etc.
Professional Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree preferred
Prior search or consulting firm experience preferred
Proficient in Office 365 \xe2\x80\x93 Outlook \xe2\x80\x93 email/calendars/Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn RecruiterPro
West Coast Location Preferred \xe2\x80\x93 Hours - 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm Pacific Time

Reporting Relationship The Administrative Manager will report to Wendy Hollander, Vice President of Administration. Compensation Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
