Handle incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Review and ensure all submitted applications are complete and accurate
Liaise with government agencies (e.g., NEA, LTA) for required documentation
Submit finance loan applications to financial institutions
Perform data entry and update customer account information
Assist with floor stock management and inventory tracking
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all paperwork
Requirements:

Minimum Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level qualification in any field
Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Good time management, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
* Prior experience as an Admin Officer, especially in the motor-trade / finance industry, will be an added advantage
