Job Description


  • Working Location: Ngee Ann City Tower, Orchard
  • Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
:
General administrative duties
  • General upkeep of the office.
  • Requisition of office equipment and supplies.
  • Manage and order office stationaries & pantry supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers on printing of name cards and letterheads, office equipment, office broadband, etc.
  • Data-entry, general filing, scanning & photocopying.
  • Run errands - banks, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Operations duties
  • Preparations of Import and Export shipping documents
  • Coordinating between suppliers, vendors and customers.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
