Job Description

Looking for an Administrative Assistant supports the office ordepartment by performing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuringefficient and smooth operations. This role involves handlingcorrespondence, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, andassisting with daily tasks to keep the office organized.





Key Responsibilities:



Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Maintain and organize files and office documents (physical and digital). Schedule meetings and appointments for executives and staff. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and act as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.


Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning. Provide support to other departments or teams when necessary. Organize and maintain office schedules and calendars. * Perform data entry tasks and assist with databases and spreadsheets.
