Job Description

Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments Providing administrative and clerical support to the team, including managing correspondence and handling inquiries Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed Maintaining and updating office records and databases Supporting with event planning and coordination Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team * At least 3 years of experience
