We're hiring a reliable, organized

Administrative & Social Media Assistant

to support our busy Financial Services Director. This role blends

admin support

with

social media management

, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:



Manage calendar, emails, calls, and appointments Maintain client records and handle insurance servicing Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups Manage and update social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) Assist with content creation and engagement tracking

Requirements:



Diploma or higher (Bachelor's preferred) 2+ years in admin or executive support Social media experience (Canva, Meta Suite a plus) Proficient in MS Office Fluent in

Mandarin

(spoken & written) Must be authorized to work in Singapore
