Key Responsibilities
Organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
Schedule meetings and appointments for CEO.
Verify suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices and issue payments on time.
Monthly filing of invoices and bank statements.
Process staff\xe2\x80\x99s payroll and commission payout.
Inventory tracking for products and supplies to ensure stocks are sufficient and replenished in all outlets.
Handle negotiation, sourcing for suppliers and vendor evaluation.
Maintenance and upkeep of office premises and equipment.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in administration, business
