Cleaning supplies and equipment for stewarding
OS&E suppliers/ Vendors Details
Operating hours of all Restaurant and bars
Operating of each Banquets events & type of service
The latest trend * updates in Stewarding procedures and equipment
Assist in the Senior Administrator of Stewarding on job assigned
Preparation on Purchase Request, Purchase orders, Delivery notes
Preparation of halal MUIS cleansing documents.
Preparation and update of ISO 14K. 21K & 24K audits.
Recruitment & Training of both full time and casual stewards
Developing Standard Operating Procedures in Stewarding
Developing an inventory system for OS&E
Developing manning guide for stewarding work areas
Developing cleaning schedules for work areas
Developing schedules for OS&E maintenance program
Developing all Stewarding filling systems.
Supervise both full time & casual stewards Duty sign in /sign out for duties and work assign according to duty allocations.
Ordering operations inventory of OS&E and daily Stewarding operating supplies
Answering daily calls for Stewarding Office communications External and Internal
Complete daily contractor, shift supervisor reports to the Associate Director, Stewarding
Files and keeps all office documents systematically
Prepare weekly and monthly Inventory reports for Associate Director, Stewarding
Assist the management level in coordinating stewarding schedule
Be a positive ambassador of Stewarding, F&B and Marina Bay Sands
Assist the management level in recruitment.
Assist the management level in employees\' performance appraisals.
Assist the management level in any other HR related matters.
Attend regular scheduled meetings and other meetings in the absence of the management level
Update information on stewarding bulletin boards and printed materials.
Relay all information deemed important to the operation to all stewarding Team
Ensure that staff have the proper knowledge and equipment in order for them to work efficiently.
Conduct on-the-job training and technical knowledge training with all new stewards.
Assist the management level in developing new training activities
Ensure that equipment is maintained and stored correctly after usage.
Staff annual leaves/ Public Holidays, and other staff\'s welfare
Provide staff Welfares and Support
Monitor, handle (whenever possible) and relay internal feedback to Associate Director, Stewarding
Assist in any other functions as informed by the management
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors during operations
Assist management level in complying with food safety program
Assist the management level in liaising with a NEA Inspector and the Hygienist team
Ensure that staff implements the procedures for safety, hygiene, and sanitation according to hotel standards.
Assist management level in any other related matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation & Certification
Completion of high school \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level
Diploma in any field is an advantage
Experience
Stewarding leadership role is an advantage
Other Prerequisites
Computer Literature, MS words, MS Excel and MS Power Point
Administration
F&B Knowledge
Stewarding knowledge
Ability to lead by example with honesty and integrity
Ability to analyze and improve process and procedures
