• Be responsible for the hiring of different job levels for Support and Professional roles in Singapore
• Manage the full suite of end-to-end recruitment that encompasses sourcing, walk-ins/recruitment fairs, screening, behavioural-based interviewing, scheduling of interviews, pre-employment medical evaluation and offer process
• Partner with hiring manager on the recruitment process and ensuring all hiring are in compliance with corporate and local laws
• Effectively utilize TA tools - applicant tracking system to manage recruitment process and track all recruitment-related activities data in a timely manner as well as candidate relationship management system to build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines
• Maintain knowledge, keep up to date on industry trends and share market knowledge with stakeholder

• Strong intra-cultural awareness and organizational sensitivity
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities
• Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
• Target-oriented, meticulous and able to work independently
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

Your experience includes:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Previously worked in an engineering / technical / manufacturing environment
• Using proven ability to affect change, provide superior support and be willing to collaborate with colleagues and work on a productive team
