Administrator (Semiconductor Trading Company / 5 days, 9am-6pm / No OT / air-con office environment / Macpherson)

From $2300/month, salary will commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling of incoming and outgoing shipment: create sales invoice, packing list, goods received and sales/purchases return in ERP system.

• Arrange and liaise with freight forwarders on shipment bookings:

Import : follow-ups on shipment arrival schedule Export : follow-ups on complete sets of shipping document (e.g. AWB/BL, export permit and LC)

• Conduct final checking of cargo and shipment document

• Data entry into Excel file for Purchase and Sales

• Data processing of shipping document in ERP system

• any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  

Requirements:

• No experience required, as training will be provided

• No minimum education required.

• Candidates with knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office will have added advantage.

• Meticulous and accurate

• Good command of English (read and write)

• Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage, in view of business communication with the Mandarin speaking associates
