To assist Centre Manager/Principal in all administrative matters of the centre
To maintain and update all office records
To liaise with Centre Manager/Principal, Teachers, Parents and Regulatory bodies on enrolment, school fees and EC-related subsidy matters
To attend to telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
To assist in the ordering of office inventories
To deliver all other duties assigned by Centre Manager/Principal
To foster good working relationship with children, parents and colleagues
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE "O" Levels
* Prior experience in a customer-oriented and front-desk working environment
