We are looking for a payroll cum office administrator that handles both payroll processing and general office duties, which includes preparing and processing payroll, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with tax and labour laws.
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll:
Prepare and process monthly payroll.
Calculate wages, salaries, and overtime.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and deductions.
Submit statutory contributions like CPF and handle related reporting.
Reconcile payroll-related financial information.
Office Administration:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and courier services.
Manage and order office supplies.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
Diploma in related disciplines.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and practices.
Organized, with attention to detail and proficient with numbers
