Halcyon Homes Pte. Ltd., albeit small, is fast-paced and highly organized, effective and efficient.

This position provides administrative support to a team of 4 real estate salespersons and corporate functions, reporting to the KEO of the estate agent.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Managing all daily functions of the office
  • Prepare tenancy documents and ensure all required for completion of transactions are in place.
  • Banking related activities
  • Generate invoices
  • Make payments
  • Filing of documents in our cloud
  • Simple bookkeeping using the Xero accounting app
  • Reconcile receipts and expenses with bank statements
  • Arrange for documents to be delivered or collected
  • Liaise with clients etc for administrative matters
  • Update database and simple marketing functions
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Prior similar experience in real estate firms welcomed but not necessary
  • Minimum 2 years in administrative position
  • Comfortable working with all forms of technology (Todoist, Zoom, MS Office, Box, OneDrive, Xero, etc)
  • Highly motivated and independent in execution of delegated tasks
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Highly meticulous, detail-oriented and organized
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
