• Prepare plans, documents, and bill of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis.
• Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
• Responsible for detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation.
• Handle tenders/quotations including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
• Handle tender documentation and submissions
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers & project teams

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in quotations, tenders, or cost estimation (M&E/Fire Protection preferred)
