You will be working directly with the Founder and can learn what it takes to succeed. You will feel the drive and the entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:



a. Source and procure materials or equipment according to office requirements

b. Office facility maintenance and coordination

c. Handle and reply to SSG about Grant / Skills future credit audit

d. Scan the post training attendance and upload to Microsoft team for oversea agents to update

e. Prepare the classroom training attendance for the next day training

f. Reconciliation weekly invoice list (ensure payment are tally)

g. Handle all PSEA admin work e.g. collect and submit the PSEA form to MOE

h. Send the SELF SPONSOR refund list to Account for refunding

i. Open mailbox scanned the supplier invoice / cheque payment to account and dropped cheque

j. Filling the or AR & AP documents and training attendance.

k. Amend B2C invoice for the student who reschedule the course

l. Calculation Trainer Fee + Calculation Oversea agents fee and commission

m. Compile Skill future credit and Grant disbursement report (from Gateway system) to Account

n. Reconciliation grant disbursement

o. Prepare and print the Basic first Aid certificate

p. Email authority to Update CPD points for students who attended training

q. Manage staff welfare & Business travel expenses

r. Arrange for client festivals gifts

s. Assist CSO to handle the counter customer enquiry and registration

t. Arrange online meeting

Requirements:



a. Hardworking, Positive Attitude, Team Player

b. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Qualification

:

a. Professional Certificate / NiTEC / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma and Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree

b. Entry Level Candidates or 1 year experience are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,100.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
