We're Hiring: Admin / Receptionist

friendly and organised Admin / Receptionist

to keep our office running smoothly and create a great first impression for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing



Be the welcoming face and voice for clients and guests

Handle calls, emails, and appointments with professionalism

Admin tasks (scheduling, filing, data entry)

Prepare documents and materials for meetings

Help the team stay organised and efficient

What We're Looking For



Someone approachable, reliable, and detail-oriented

Good communication skills (both face-to-face and online)

Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)

Prior admin experience is a plus, but fresh grads are welcome too!
