Manage day-to-day office operations (filing, documentation, office supplies, etc.)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on operational matters
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Process invoices accurately and efficiently
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients
Draft contracts and agreements for customers
Track contract durations and ensure timely renewals
Assist in renewing road tax and insurance policies
Source and obtain insurance quotations for company vehicles
Furnish drivers' details for traffic offences when required
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Communicate effectively with English- and Chinese-speaking customers
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Reliable, proactive, and resourceful
* Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
