Handle day-to-day office tasks, maintain records and databases, process financial documents, support HR processes, and ensure compliance with institutional and audit standards.
Customer Service & Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, provide professional communication with parents and students, and assist in emergency or important updates.
Technical Proficiency:
Use school management systems and office software efficiently; adapt to new technologies.
Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student, parent, and staff information.
Teaching & Support Duties:
Assist in teaching and supervising primary school students (P1-P6), oversee homework completion, and perform other duties as assigned.
Working Hour:
Mon - Fri: 9.30 - 5.30pm (Term Time)
