• Update student\'s records status on Student Management systems to ensure accuracy of record.
• Process Student\'s Pass applications and Student\'s Pass cancellation for each study period on system
• Maintain records of the application, payment, approval, and formality completions of Student\'s Pass.
• Ensure all Student\'s Pass changes have relevant approvals in line with policy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Student\'s Pass requirements.

Student Contracts

• Assist in the preparation and checking of Student Contracts.
• Execute student contracts in accordance with the procedures and in line with policy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Student Contracts policies and procedures.

Others

• Ensure file circulation to relevant departments is conducted timely.
• Maintain student\'s medical insurance coverage records.
• Provide student services support on Student Contract and Student\'s Pass enquiries.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Admissions Officer.

Job Requirements

• With relevant working experience is preferred
• Diploma in Business Administration / relevant discipline
