Schedule: Morning Shift (8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm)
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree holder
With at least 6 months BPO exp (international voice acc.)
Admission experience
Project Based - 3 months
Has own laptop/desktop and phone
Can start ASAP

Be the first point of contact for inquiries via multiple communication channels (call, Facebook messenger, SMS, email, etc.) by actively listening and properly answering, and providing solutions to their concerns
Engage prospective students and provide guidance, advice, and assistance up to enrollment payment confirmation
Explain Client's program offerings and guide leads/applicants through the application processes to persuade leads to enroll
Proactively calling, emailing, and messaging to prompt leads to the next step of the process and following up on previous leads/ customers from lead to enrollee
Maintain and report to Client's Admissions for records of lead, applicant, and enrollee contacts
Raise any incidents and provide market insights from lead/applicant/enrollee interactions
Daily reporting to Client's Admissions Manager on progress and concerns
Other tasks that may be assigned related to Student Admissions
