• To lead, design and develop solutions for product/project on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe Products
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Forms or other Adobe solutions, other e-commerce platforms
• Work closely with customers, developers, testers, System Administrators and business analysts to build AEM solutions.
• Validate the technical feasibility and co-design solutions with the Experience Design team and Architect
• Define roles (dev, template author, content author) and responsibilities and enable teams to perform the roles
• Lead solutions in integrating third-party systems with AEM as part of overall architecture.
• Design workflows to support content publishing processes
• Review existing design and implement solutions for improvement from performance and usability perspective.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3+ years of Adobe AEM and other Adobe products experience.
• 3+ years of experience in solution lead related roles.
• Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs etc., and AEM development
• Good Implementation experience Adobe Commerce (Magento)
• Good Understanding of Integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc.
• Good Understanding of Latest Features in AEM
• Good knowledge of Adobe upgrade and migration process
• Strong experience in modern Web/Mobile development techniques and best practices.
• Experience in Cloud hosting technology
