& RequirementsResponsibilities Maintain Global Policy Frameworks and Policy implementation SOPs in the way of complying with Project Implementation needs Lead communication both internally and externally, ensure the good running of policy management workflows (Policy iteration, Policy version updates, etc.) Partner with cross-functional teams including Policy leaders, Sales, Product and Legal to develop new advertising policies and enforcement criteria, workflows and associated materials Collaborate with the global Operations team and other internal stakeholders to improve and maintain feedback loops from front end policy enforcement activities to policy design Identify gaps and problem areas in policies and propose revisions Provide thought Project Management Capability to the wider MI team, evangelizing cross-functional collaboration and owning a number of shared goals with partner teams. Solve issues with considerable autonomyRequirements: Bachelors degree in policy, law or related fields 5+ years in related field Significant experience in policy, policy enforcement, specifically regarding media/content monetization or equivalent professional experience Previous experience working across multi-markets Passionate about the TikTok product Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Deep understanding of the digital landscape Good relationship with regulation experts/regional government/ relative NGO
