We are seeking a talented Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be required to designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) business. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life. To be a successful Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer, you should possess advanced knowledge of hardware and software systems and exceptional analytical thinking abilities. A top-notch Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer should be able to effectively resolve technical issues and implement cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Engineering Work Request (EWR) and Product Change Request (PCR) from investigation, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of current industrial, desktop and portable printers.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for electronics module and component design and evaluation from schematic to system integration.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct comprehensive verification test and provide a detailed report.

\xc2\xb7 Update product and project documentations (Schematics, BOM, verification reports, etc.).

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with multi-sites for projects coordination and alignment.

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 product design & development cycles experience focusing in electrical / electronic hardware design.
  • Experience on CPU architecture, detailed digital & analog electronics design, power management.
  • Experience in implementation & testing of complex PCBA designs, manufacturing quality assessment, wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, etc.
  • Knowledgeable on Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Radiated Emissions (RE) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards and countermeasures.
  • Experience with schematic to layout design flow and board design tools.
  • Proficient in using lab instruments such as spectrum analyzer, power meter and oscilloscope.
  • Proactive attitude, independent and intellectually curious with a strong passion for product design work.
  • Excellent in problem solving skills and identifying the root cause.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
WE VALUE:
  • Experience with stepper motors.
  • Hands-on in PCB layout and design simulations.
  • Basic Software development skills using C/C++, Python and Microcontroller
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
