Use your knowledge of manufacturing engineering fundamentals to help Honeywell Aerospace Business Group deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under general supervision and alongside some of the world\'s most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell\'s next generation of Aero products supporting new products from concept development through the start of production for manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who support current product value engineering and the optimization of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• To perform continued operational standards related to test equipments at the site i.e. TPMs, AMs, etc.... to meet quality and safety standards.
• To develop detailed process procedures and to compile the documentation for new and existing capability.
• To support operations in improving effectiveness of production lines with regards to repair & overhaul of mechanical components and/ or engines.
• To liaise with technical team to develop and modify tools, methods and repair processes as and when necessary to improve specific repair and overhaul processes.
• To manage capital expenditure for projects funded to the operation line and/or site.
• To support the commissioning and acceptance of equipment and machineries with relevant maintenance personnel.
• To manage toolings and equipment be it OEM or in-house that meets operational and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to production in identifying the root cause and its solution to process non-conformance.
• To support production to overcome problems during New Product Introduction (NPI) implementation, its FAI thru\' production rate readiness.
• Continously improve the efficiency and methods of the sites repair processes such as test equipments, toolings, etc..that contributes to better productivity at the site including automation or digitizing current standing processes at the site.
• Manage the operation centers yield, cost of poor quality (COPQ) incl. scrap, delivery and quality.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering

• A minimum of 3 years working experience in an overhaul and/or repair (aviation) environment
• Good knowledge and experienced in one or more of the following processes preferred: Automation & Digitization, Document Management System, Project Management
• Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
• Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks
• Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
• Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
• Some relevant manufacturing engineering experience
