About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll be the key liaison between clients and our internal teams. You'll translate client goals into clear briefs, manage timelines and budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on strategy, on time and on point.

What you'll do:

Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with clients Lead day-to-day account operations, ensuring smooth communication across all parties Collaborate with creative, digital and media teams to develop impactful campaigns Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables with precision Present creative work with confidence and clarity Spot growth opportunities to help expand client relationships

What we're looking for:

More than 5 years' experience in an ad agency Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once Strong understanding of integrated marketing and advertising Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills A proactive, client-first mindset
